Forks! All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you notice any issues, please contact our team within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll take care of the solution.
¿Cómo puedo rastrear mi pedido?
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email and a WhatsApp message with the tracking code. Simply use it on the website of the designated courier company to track your shipment.
Devoluciones
If you wish to return a product, you can do so within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. To proceed with a return, please contact us at returns@vitale.com . The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. If the product has been used, the return will not be processed.
The customer is responsible for sending the product back at their own cost. Only the product price will be refunded; shipping costs are non-refundable. After 30 calendar days, returns will no longer be accepted.
For orders over €60, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Vitale reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has been received. If the package sent by the customer is lost during shipment, we cannot be held responsible.
Important: If you received a free gift with your order and wish to return the product, the gift must also be returned. If the return is processed without the free gift, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, you can request it within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at returns@vitale.com with your name, order number, and the item(s) you want to exchange. We will provide instructions as soon as possible.
Exchanges must be for an item of equal or greater value.
If exchanging for a lower-value item, a store credit will be issued for the difference.
If exchanging for a higher-value item, the difference must be paid via PayPal or bank transfer .
Shipping costs for sending the product back are the buyer's responsibility. If the exchange or return involves customs fees , they must be covered by the buyer. If customs fees are not paid, the shipping company will return the package to the customer's address.
For exchanges, return shipping costs will be covered by Obsessive and will be sent via express shipping.
Returning a Defective Item
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at returns@vitale.com within 24 hours of receiving your order , attaching a photo of the item. Our team will respond as soon as possible and provide instructions for the return process.
Once the return process is completed, we will send you a replacement product free of charge. The return of the damaged item must be completed within 7 calendar days . After this period, the return will no longer be accepted.
Damaged Item Outside Our Responsibility (Within Warranty Period)
All our products come with a 29-day warranty from the delivery date. However, if the product has been damaged due to external factors unrelated to the company, we will unfortunately not be able to process a return.

🚨 IMPORTANT: Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 6:00 PM or during the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
📌 Vitale does not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
Delivery Time Variations
Please note that during peak seasons such as Christmas, sales periods, or national holidays, processing times may take one or two extra days . We recommend placing your order in advance during these times.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, you must notify us immediately at envios@vitale.com.es .
If the change request is made more than 12 hours after placing the order , unfortunately, we won't be able to modify the address.
If the package has already been shipped, it will not be possible to change the delivery address. In this case, the customer must contact Correos Express to request a redirection.
Missed Delivery Attempts
The courier company will make two delivery attempts . If the container is not available at the indicated address on both attempts, the package will be returned to Obsessive's offices .
